Privacy Notice
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This Privacy Notice describes how Vesperdesk GmbH ("we", "us") processes personal data when you use the Vesperdesk service. It is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.
1. Who we are
Vesperdesk is run by a pre-incorporation team. Our entity name and registration details will be published before general availability. For each pilot agency, the service is delivered under a direct pilot agreement that sets out who handles what when it comes to data.
2. What we process
Agency users: name, work email, role, login events. Buyers: message content, channel handle, language preference and any contact details the buyer shares. Listing files you upload may contain personal data of your own staff, and we handle it on your behalf on the same terms.
3. Why we process it
To run the receptionist (answering and routing), to keep quality high (grading and reports), to keep the service safe (abuse detection, Fair Housing filters) and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). All processing happens in the same region. We do not move personal data outside that region without your knowledge.
5. How long we keep it
Conversation logs are kept 90 days by default. Listing files stay until you remove them or end the pilot. Account records are kept for as long as applicable law requires.
6. Your rights
If you are an agency user, you can view, correct, export or delete your data through your admin console or by writing to privacy@vesperdesk.com. If you are a buyer, please contact the agency that operates the bot — we will help them honour your request.
7. Contact
