  • What is an AI receptionist for real estate?

    It's a front desk that never sleeps. Vesperdesk learns your listings, then answers buyers in seconds — price, availability, floor plans, viewings — in their own language, on your website, WhatsApp and Telegram. It talks to each buyer and hands your agents the ones who are ready to talk.

  • Does it speak my buyers' language?

    English, Czech, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish and Polish, from day one. Vesperdesk picks up the buyer's language from their first message — and switches mid-conversation if they do.

  • Will it say something wrong to a buyer?

    It answers only from your data. If a question isn't covered, it says so and offers an agent instead of guessing. By default, every change to a live bot's instructions is tested against its test conversations before it goes live.

  • What happens when a buyer is ready?

    As the buyer talks, Vesperdesk picks up budget, area, property type, rooms, buy or rent, timeline and preferred contact, asks for what's missing, and saves it all as lead fields. Your agent gets an alert with a short summary and a link to the conversation, by email, Telegram or WhatsApp. If the buyer asks for a person, the agent takes over the chat from their phone, with live translation both ways.

  • How does handoff to an agent work?

    When a buyer asks for a person, the agent on duty gets an alert with a short summary and a private link. They open the chat on their phone — no login — and take over. Agents can also reply from Telegram during a takeover.

  • Where does the data live?

    In the EU. The app and the AI run in AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1); the database is also hosted in the EU. We don't train models on your data. Conversation logs are kept while your account is active and deleted on request, or within 30 days after the service ends. We can export them for your DPO on request.

  • Can we customize the chat widget?

    Pick one of the brand presets, add your logo, then fine-tune colours, fonts, sizes and the launcher button.

  • Do you do self-serve signup?

    Not yet. While we're in private pilot, every new agency gets a real onboarding call. We set up your listings for you and tune the rules around your market.
